What Do The Kids Think?

We've been asked this question quit a bit, for good reason. Our children are so important to us and we take parenting VERY seriously. We will mention 3 things in this blog.

1. Noah and Ben are very excited! Noah and Ben are going with Tom on the January scouting trip. They both love Jesus and want to see the lost come to Christ. Noah wants to be a missionary when he grows up and is excited to get some first-hand experience. Ben wants to be involved in this mission and is excited to use his gifts and abilities on the mission field.

2. The rest of the kids are excited. When we ask them (which we do regularly) what they think about Thailand, they tell us they are excited to go. They are certainly going to miss their friends and family, not wanting to say goodbye, but they are optimistic about this new venture.

3. We pray as a family regularly about this. God changes hearts. Prayer is very important in unifying the body. We focus on prayer as a family and it is so encouraging to see how God continues to bring us (Tom, Christine, and the children) together as a family about our vision for Thailand.
