Partner Development Coaching
I love to coach people to full funding! I'm also really excited about mobilizing the Global South to get more involved in overseas missions so I’m looking forward to the possibility of working with you. I'd like us both to have proper expectations right from the beginning so I came up with this list of things you should expect will be a part of the process. Even with this detailed plan, it will be difficult, but I believe it’s achievable if you pray hard and work hard.
Your funding will not come from GFM. We will show you how to get funding from other sources. Most missionaries raise funds from individuals and churches and we will show you have to do this as well. We can't promise you a position on the team. We also can't promise that you will find a job in Bangkok. We are here to give you guidance only. By completing all of the items on this checklist below, you significantly increase the chances of us taking you onto our team, which would happen around the 11th meeting.
During this process, feel free to email me at ThomasLee@gogfm.org with questions you might have.
