Coaching is something Tom enjoys. He's a natural encourager and loves problem solving. He doesn't come as one having all the answers but has learned a lot over the years how to coach and about each of these topics.

Partner Development (PD) Coaching: Tom has gone through 3 separate courses on PD, has read the best 10 books on the topic, raised support for his family of 10, and is a certified PD coach through Via Generosity (formerly Support Raising Solutions). He also loves helping people get fully funded!

Church Planting Coaching: Tom has been a pastor at 3 different churches, started a house church in the USA, and is now church planting in Thailand. He went through GFM's Missionary Training School and has a Masters in Intercultural Studies. He's spoken with dozens of pastors on the topic both in the USA and in Thailand. He's read a dozen books on church planting and has studied the Bible for years about the subject.
